With the exception of the door mats and lanterns, all other products can be shipped within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will my order take to make?
Because I have a variety of custom made items, I cannot guarantee a definite turn-around-time for all of them. Depending on the time of year, most items can be completed within 1 week. If you are buying an item that is not "made-to-order", we can usually ship that out to you within a few days of your order (i.e. a pet bandana that is already made with no personalization or jewelry item). However, if you are needing an item right away, please contact me to see if that is possible and I will do my best to assist you!
What is Sublimation?
In simple terms, it’s a method of printing that transfers a design into a material or fabric using ink and heat. The result is a permanent, full colour image that won’t crack, peel or wash away from the substrate.
Do I need to choose one of the custom designs on the website?
If you have an idea of your own that you would like on a pillow, leash holder, bandana or other custom made item, please contact me to see if I can make that possible for you!
How often do you add new products to the website?
I am always experimenting and learning new creative techniques with a variety of art mediums and sublimation items. Please check the website frequently for new products!
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on personalized items. If there is any problem with your item, please contact me so we can discuss your concerns.
